
Breakfast: glass of skim milk
Snack: graham cracker with peanut butter and nuts
Lunch: 1 slice of french toast (1 egg with one swirl of syrup)
Dinner: Turkey with 1/2 cup of steamed veggies
Snack: 1/2 cup of ice cream (note: my dish of ice cream was only one of these scoops not four scoops!)
