Breakfast: cereal with skim milk

Snack: salad: lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumbers and tomato with poppy seed dressing (small bowl)

Lunch: 1/2 cup of chilli

Dinner: 1/2 chicken breast with cooked/steamed veggies

Snack: 1/2 cup of ice cream (one scoop)
