Day 25

Breakfast: 1 pancake with a swirl of syrup

Snack: raw veggies: carrots, celery and cucumbers

Lunch: taco salad with lettuce, cheese and chili on top (small plate)

Dinner: 1/2 steak and 2 red potatoes

Snack: low fat yogurt

Note: My steak was 3/4’s this size.
