Breakfast: poached egg on toast (1 egg 1 slice of bread)

Snack: 1/2 cup of tuna with lettuce

Lunch: 1/2 grapefruit and Parmesan cheese with celery sticks

Dinner: chicken with butter beans

Snack: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

    • Oh, I did. I could have a poached egg now easier than I can my favorite…eggs and cheese. The spinach makes it even better, believe it or not.
