Day 15


I had my vanilla wafers plain but I thought this picture of ‘little girly’ wafers was so cute that I wanted to post it.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk

Snack: small tossed salad with poppy seed dressing

Lunch: 1 cheese toast

Dinner: 1 piece of fish with lemon and mixed veggies

Snack: 2 vanilla wafers
