Day 13



Breakfast: 1/2 cup of cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk

Snack: 1/2 cup low fat yogurt

Lunch: 2 slices bread, turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich

Dinner: 3 small red potatoes, 1/2 cup greens (turnips, kale or salad)

Snack: 1/2 cup strawberries
