Breakfast: 1 small banana

Snack: 1/2 cup of salad; lettuce, carrots and celery with poppy seed dressing

Lunch: 1/2 tuna with miracle whip on 1 slice of W.W. bread

Dinner: 1 pork chop with 2 pineapple rings

Snack: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (low fat)
