Yesterday was to the letter even though I was tempted several times during the day to join in with the Christmas goodies! I held fast! I’ll try it again today. This is really a lot of food, even though it doesn’t sound like it. The protein shake stays with me till around 10am when I usually have the first nibble of my lunch. I come back to it several times during the day for a few bites but I usually do not finish all my lunch till after I get home. That holds me well till time for dinner and one chicken breast with a good salad is just enough till I go to bed.
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: Carrots and Celery and nuts
Dinner: Simply Grilled Chicken Breasts and salad
