
This is the Christmas season and it is very hard to stay on track with my menus. Today we had our Christmas party for work. We went to a local cafe and I really did terrible. I’ll try again tomorrow to stay with my menu!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Freakin Chicken Sandwich on sourdough bread. And a slice of pumpkin pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Dinner: Nothing, I will eat nothing else today because I really did terrible during our Christmas party at work.
