
I have to make some changes to my menu today because I went out to lunch with the girls at work. I forgot my salad so we all walked over to the hospital to have lunch. I had a salad but I also got a bowl of chili. And I really fudge a lot and had a piece of pecan pie. I couldn’t eat the whole slice of pie so I had the rest for dinner. So I’ll have the salmon pasta for tomorrow night.
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Salad, bowl of chili and a slice of pecan pie.
Dinner: nothing
