Day 203 Scary Long Nose

Don’t let Mr. Scary Long Nose scare you away from Trick or Treating this year. I have a secret about him that will shock the scare right out of you. Mr. Scary Long Nose can not stand the smell of candy. When he smells candy…all that white sugar and coated chocolate he gets so scared that he runs the other way! So, BOO on him and enjoy your Halloween this year. But you could enjoy fruits and wholesome sweet things instead of all the sweet in processed candies!

Breakfast: Cheese and egg omelet

Lunch: Carrots, Celery and nuts

Dinner: Roasted Shrimp and mixed vegetables

  1. Thankfully my nose isn’t as long as Mr. Scary Long Nose’s, but I too dislike the odor of overly-sweet candy. Sometimes it hurts my teeth just to think about it. Happy Halloween, everyone, and I hope your Halloween ‘candy’ isn’t spooky for your good health and well-being.

    • Yeah… I’ve looked online for ideas for tricks this year so I can do without having all that candy here. But I went ahead and bought some today…don’t want to disappoint the kids. It’s great that you don’t like the smell of candy that’s just one reason why you will never have a weight problem.
