192 Scales with doggie

Again with 192! It is hard to believe but I just continue to stay at 192. I am happy that I am not gaining weight but I wish I would start losing pounds again. However, I will not give up or stop eating this way, it doesn’t matter how long it takes. I’m still feeling so much better and I love this food! No processed foods, no white sugar, pasta, or sugary drinks. I have proved that I can survive without the junk in my diet! And one of these days/weeks we’ll get a real big surprise and I will start losing again. In April I weighed 227 and today I was 192 pounds.
