I splurged today and after work went to eat at a new little cafe downtown. It was nice and I tried to stay with good food…it is ‘home cooked’ so maybe it wasn’t too bad. I had meatloaf (the first hamburger I have had since starting with the Blood Sugar Solution program). I also had two vegetables; green beans and black-eyed peas…no bread and I had water to drink. I had already had my lunch for today so I will be counting this meal as my dinner. I’m sure it will be enough for today!
