Working this weekend so I will have my usual lunches. I love this way to line up my menu for the day. It really does help to not over eat and to stay on track. However, eating what I am eating now is not helping me to lose any pounds. I don’t know what to do but add more exercising to my daily routine but that is a lot harder than it seems. I’ve just gotten over days with terrible headaches. But I will try this next week to move more.
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: celery, carrots and nuts
Dinner: Baked Chicken and Zucchini and Onions
