
Making up my daily menu before hand is a wonderful way to stay on track especially during the weekend. I have timed meals through out the day and if I stay with that I don’t over eat or have snacks. This coming week I think I’m going to try eating vegetables. I’ll also make some soup for next week. The weather is getting cooler so a real nice hot soup will be really nice.
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: tossed salad
Dinner: Braised Carrots with Parsley and Chives, cabbage and Zucchini and Onions
