Weigh-In Day: 27 September 2012

Evidently I have to change up what I am doing! This makes the third week that I have stayed at 192 pounds. I really can’t complain because it is a whole lot better than gaining back the pounds that I have lost but I would really love to continue losing every week. I’ll see what I can change this week and see if I can’t lose some for next week. Maybe if I eat more veggies and avoid eating meat…but then I just made some chicken so I’ll have to finish it up first.
