Day 172

Day 172 Candle

For some reason I just know I haven’t lost any weight this week. I have been so lazy and have not walked at all (so far) this week…maybe I’ll get a walk in today! But one thing is for sure I have eaten well and have not snacked during the day or eaten past 6pm. I hope that at least I will stay the same. I’d rather stay the same than gain. We’ll see tomorrow morning.

Breakfast: Protein Shake

Lunch: celery, carrots with almond butter and nuts

Dinner: Baked Chicken and California Blend Veggies
