I have just bought a protein shake that is already mixed so I am not adding the flax to it. I have to remember to add flax to other things throughout the day. Ground flax goes well on a salad and I even added some in the shrimp sauce last night. I just made up this shrimp dish but it sure turned out good. I love shrimp and the simplest way to prepare them the better.
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: celery, carrots with almond butter and nuts
Dinner: Shrimp with roasted red peppers
