Wonderful Wonderful! I am past 199-197! It seems like I stayed on those numbers forever…really over a month, back and forth, back and forth. So, now I am excited that I didn’t see 197-199 this morning when I jumped on the scales. It seems like now I am making progress regardless that it took over a month to get there. I weighed 192 this morning. I know that is what I weighed last week and I didn’t lose any this week but it’s OK with me! I didn’t gain any weight either. But the main thing is that I am eating so much better and don’t even miss the processed foods or foods that are loaded with sugar. I have such good-tasting, nutritious foods that it makes it so easy to eat this way. I am on my 165th day of eating this way and I am still enjoying it. So, this week I plan to do the same thing and keep up the walking. I’m walking almost 2 miles at least 4 times a week so that is something that will really help in getting stronger and healthier. I just pray that I can keep it up! The total that I’ve lost so far is 35 pounds. In April of this year I weighed 227 and now I am at 192 pounds! And I feel so much better. I’m finding all kinds of clothes that fit me now, it is a wonderful feeling to be comfortable in your clothes! So nothing’s gonna stop me now!
