Day 165

Day 165 heart-cups

This is weigh-in day and I’m ready to get it over! I’ll let you know the score later on today. But even so I have a good menu list today…easy peasy too. However, for tomorrow I will have to do some cooking. I may just have some shrimp, the Grilled Shrimp Brochettes turned out really well and I haven’t had that in a while.

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Carrots, celery and broccoli with cashew butter and nuts

Dinner: Almond-Flax Crusted Chicken and black beans
