Day 162 Spoons spices

Starting back to work today but I still have a very good menu for today! I’m sure it will be good and I may do some cooking this afternoon. I still don’t feel very well but I will do the best that I can during the day.

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: carrots, celery and broccoli with cashew butter, nuts, cheese and olives

Dinner: Almond-Flax Crusted Chicken and black beans
