This is my vacation week and I have taken a break from cooking, so it seems. So, if I don’t cook anything today this will be the menu for the day. I’ll let you know if I manage to create another dish for today. I have looked over the cookbooks during the last few days but it has been hard deciding on what new recipe I want to try. Maybe today I’ll take out some chicken and repeat one of the many recipes that I have already used. I know that the Almond-Flax Crusted Chicken was delicious so maybe that is what I will cook today.
Breakfast: Protein Shake with Almond milk
Lunch: Tuna over a bed of lettuce
Dinner: Black beans with tossed salad
