Another great day at home to enjoy myself! I have some cooking to do today so that I will not be lacking of good foods for the rest of this week. Stay tuned to find out what dish(es) I will prepare.

Breakfast: Flax and banana Protein Shake

Lunch: White Bean Salad with Roasted Red Pepper and Fennel and Zucchini and Onions

Dinner: Braised Carrots with Parsley and Chives and tossed salad
