Day 156 chicken soup

Another great day off to get into anything that I want to! Fun fun! I didn’t feel well yesterday so I hope today will be better and I’ll be able to enjoy more of the day. I spent most of yesterday with a heating pad on my tummy. If it happens today, I will just not eat anything but some chicken broth!

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: White Bean Salad with Roasted Red Pepper and Fennel and Zucchini and Onions

Dinner: Simply Grilled Chicken Breasts and Braised Carrots with Parsley and Chives
