This is a wonderful day, a work day but I have a off and boy is that always a good feeling. I have a good line up of foods to enjoy today. Don’t forget, I have most of the dishes listed here in my Recipe section of my blog. Please help yourself – print out the recipe, get in the kitchen and cook up something healthy and delicious!

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: White Bean Salad with Roasted Red Pepper and Fennel and Zucchini and Onions

Dinner: Simply Grilled Chicken Breasts and Braised Carrots with Parsley and Chives
