Another great day to work hard toward my goal! I’ll eat here at home and will start planning what my menu will be for the next few days. I’ll probably fix a new dish…maybe a few side dishes of vegetables. That should work out good for my weight loss this week.
Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake with a teaspoon of Agave
Lunch: Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Burger and white beans
Dinner: Simply Grilled Chicken Breasts and sliced tomatoes
