Day 152 Kitty taking a nap

The menu plan for today is just great! I will be so satisfied! I’ve had a very good day today! I have off from work so I am pretending that I have retired. I was up early doing some yard work before it got so hot and then I went to the gym. I used the treadmill but that was all that I did…but I get a star for that, yeah, Go 5 for 5ers!

Breakfast: None

Lunch: Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Burger and white beans

Dinner: Simply Grilled Chicken Breasts and Sweet Potato and Carrot Mash
