Day 151 Leeks

Another day to weigh in… I hope I can report some good news. Maybe that is what I need to start feeling better. Well, I’m sure it would help my attitude and feelings. haha.

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Burger, white beans and nuts

Dinner: Tossed Salad with low calorie ranch
