Well, I’m hanging in even though I don’t feel like I have lost any weight. This is still my 150 day at enjoying a better way to eat. Maybe my system will do another change and I’ll lose more weight. I hope I’ll start exercising more but I have not been feeling so well these days. But, I’m still trying.
Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: sweet potato carrot mash and nuts
Dinner: Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Burger with mixed salad
