Day 148

Getting back at the work week today…but I’ll have my meals ready and they will be a nice treat during the day. I plan to cook the sweet potato carrot mash this afternoon so that will be a nice addition to my menu.

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: one sun dried turkey burger, raisins and veggies

Dinner: Apple Soy Roasted Salmon with tossed salad
