Day 146

Day 146 bunch of carrots

It should be fun today. I have off and will do some cooking while it is raining. I am a little let down because I am not losing weight but I have not stopped the Blood Sugar Solution way of eating. I have learned a lot of good information and there isn’t any reason why I would want to go back to eating the frankinfoods again. I read labels and if there are more than 3 or 4 ingredients I just put the item back…no sense in wasting time reading all those chemicals when I already know it isn’t what I need. I’m sure that sooner or later I will begin to lose weight again. This week I will have two dishes to enjoy. I’ll make my portions smaller and try my best to get back in the swing of exercising with my 5 for 5 club.

Breakfast: Cheese and eggs scrambled

Lunch: Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Burgers with tossed salad

Dinner: Apple-Soy Roasted Salmon and Sweet Potato-Carrot Mash
