Day 145 spice-spoons

Well, I gained another pound last week but I’m starting a new week today and I will not stop this! And eventually I will start losing weight again. I have enough food for a good menu for today and I will cook this weekend.

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Raisins, nuts and veggies with Parmesan cheese

Dinner: Braised Pork Chops and Pomegranate Molasses over White Beans and Lemon Broccoli
