How do you get out of a slump? I suppose I’ll have to spend some time reading more of what Dr. Hyman may have to say about it. But, today I will have a couple of good meals and I promise I’m only eating a small plate of food for each meal and I do not snack between meals.
Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Coconut Curry Chicken with Vegetables
Dinner: Braised Pork Chops and Pomegranate Molasses over White Beans and Lemon Broccoli
