I think I’m back in the swing of things and I do feel better but today was a hard Monday. Glad work is over, Mondays are always hard for me but this has been a great menu for today. I look forward to having my meals when they are so good! And I don’t have snacks during the day either, no need when I get so satisfied with my meals.
Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Coconut Curry Chicken and Vegetables
Dinner: Braised Pork Chops and Pomegranate Molasses over White Beans and Lemon Broccoli
