Broken chain. Yes, I have to admit this, I have broken the consecutive days of not having white flour and sugar. I had a piece of birthday cake. It wasn’t all what I remembered either so this is probably a good thing that has happened. At least I can turn it around to be a positive thing and get back on track with the Blood Sugar Solution program.
