Day 138 two doggies

Celebrating a friend’s birthday today so this is another chance to eat good foods at a restaurant. I’ll let you know how it goes; I plan to stick with chicken and vegetables! I am still not feeling so well; pretty sure I have a UTI and will be going to the doctor about this next Tuesday. I hope to cook again on Saturday but till then I will have salads and hope and pray I start to feel better.

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: salad with tuna and olives

Dinner: Chicken with mixed veggies
