I have really had it ruff this week so I’m not sure how the weigh-in will go. I have probably gained a few pounds. I’ll just blame it on not feeling well this week. I haven’t been able to work this week either so I’ve been off schedule with everything. But, I’ll start a new week now and pray for the best outcome next Thursday.
Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: White beans with carrots and celery
Dinner: one piece of baked chicken and mixed green salad
