Day 134 Work Out Clothes

I have a day off today and I plan on catching up around the house. I’m so happy that my meals are all planned and ready and will not be hard to prepare. I will eat well and hopefully, be a little bit happier with the results on Thursday’s weigh-in day!

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Black beans

Dinner: Chicken and black beans
