Well, it’s going to be a wonderful Saturday with great foods to enjoy! I love having my meals already lined up so that I can spend time on other things that are also important, like reading a book! I cannot believe how easy it is to follow this way of eating. I have never been on a consistent schedule with my eating habits, so this is really helping a lot to form good habits. And when you have a consistent eating habit, I believe it helps you to lose weight easier.

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Tossed green salad

Dinner: Baked Chicken with mixed veggies
