Are you worried about the weight gain? I think I am beginning to worry! I don’t know what the difference was but I did gain a pound this week. I’m at a loss to figure this out but I will continue on and not let it bother me. I know that I am eating well and the weight is just being stubborn and will not leave my body! I did exercises every single day from the 9th – 15th of this last week. Maybe, I have gained muscle and that’s all it is. Anyway, I have a long way to go but I will hang in there and reach a more comfortable size for my body.
