Day 129 Kitty taking a nap

Today I will have a different lunch but breakfast and dinner will be a repeat from the rest of this week. I made a huge pot of the Chicken and Leek Soup and I hope that I will be able to have it all. Although, freezing some of it might not be a bad idea. It is wonderful to be organized so that I can have these great meals planned!

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Salmon over Kale and nuts

Dinner: Chicken and Leek Soup and salad
