Day 128 Spoons spices

Another day basically with the same menu…but it works well for me..less fuss and thought to meals. Plus, I do enjoy this food. However, I do not like arugula salad greens so tomorrow I will have a seaweed wrap of black beans, living lettuce and a slice or two of avocado. Yum…

Breakfast: Flax and Chia Protein Shake

Lunch: Quinoa Avocado Salad with Black Beans over Arugula (without the quinoa because I am following the advance program of the Blood Sugar Solution)

Dinner: Chicken and Leek Soup and salad
