Day 125 Peppers

Wonderful Saturday has rolled around again! I have a trip out of town to make today but I will be taking a little snack along with me just in case I need it. I’ll also be cooking two new dishes today so be sure and check back later for the recipes. Breakfast: Flax and Chia Protein Shake

Snack: nuts and provolone cheese

Lunch: Quinoa Avocado Salad with Black Beans over Arugula (without the quinoa) well, it’s just too late to eat now so I will wait for dinner to eat and have this salad tomorrow for lunch. The trip was fantastic but I’m very happy that I did my exercises before I left!!!

Dinner: Chicken and Leek Soup
