Day 122 Carrot

Wonderful food line-up today and I’m so thankful that I have it all! And tonight all I have to do is warm up dinner and serve; this part I really like. Tomorrow is the big weigh-in day…who’s worried? It will be what it is but whatever the outcome is, I’ll continue on with this way of eating.

Breakfast: Flax and Chia Protein Shake

Lunch: White Bean Salad with Walnut Pesto Chicken

Dinner: Fish and Vegetables in Parchment and Braised Carrots with Parsley and Chives (just one carrot)
