
Yeah! It’s Saturday! I have the day plan but most importantly I have a great menu! I have decided to go by the menus in Dr. Hyman’s Blood Sugar Solution book, it will work out great but I will have to eat the same foods for a few days in a row. I’ll change it up a bit when I can.
Breakfast: Rice Protein Shake
Snack: Honey Almond Butter Spread with celery, carrots and broccoli (forgot about it!)
Lunch: Salmon Salad in Steamed Collard Wraps (instead of collards I will use toasted seaweed wraps)
Dinner: Gazpacho soup and Greek-Style Eggplant
