
Wonderful Tuesday, a little work, a little cooking, a little exercising and the week just rolls on. It has been so hot here that I have been doing everything in slow motion. I believe that is why I can’t decide on what to cook. But, I still continue with the Blood Sugar Solution program so hopefully this week will prove to be a good one on weigh-in day.
Breakfast: Fruit and Nut Shake
Lunch: Split Pea Soup with Rosemary, celery, carrots and nuts
Dinner: Lemon Garlic Basil Chicken and tossed salad
