Today is going to be a great day! I just know it! It rained a little last night and washed away my fears and aggravation of not losing any weight this week. I’m starting a new week and the pounds will come off. I’ll have to fill in my dinner menu when I return from my dinner out with friends. So, stay tuned and have a good Friday! The outing was great with good ‘real’ foods and fun company.
Breakfast: Flax protein shake
Lunch: Celery, carrots, nuts and Larabar
Dinner: Surprise, eating out with friends (Great stir-fry with chicken and veggies and sliced home grown tomatoes and peaches)
