Another great day of good real foods! I took some of the carrots to work to share with my co-workers and most were not excited about them. Only 2 tried them and both said they were ‘sweet’. I love them! I have been thinking of a plan for this next week so that I will for sure lose more pounds.
Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: celery, carrots, cherry tomatoes, olives, edamame shelled soybeans, Soy Good Maple-Glazed Salmon (no extra sauce)
Dinner: Grilled Ginger Herbed Chicken Breasts and Braised Carrots with Parsley and Chives
