
This cute little clown might look like she has a frown on her face but I want you all to know that I am smiling like a Cheshire cat! Oh Yes! The Blood Sugar Solution has got me happy and smiling! I pray that I’ll still be smiling on Thursday, weigh-in day! However, I don’t feel like I have lost anything this week. I’m eating way too good! haha.
Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Celery, carrots, cherry tomatoes, edamame soybeans, Larabar and nuts
Dinner: Grilled Ginger Herbed Chicken Breasts and black beans

Well, I bet I don’t lose any weight this week anyway. I have been eating way too good! haha. And you are right. I thought about this…and I have myself ready for the end results for tomorrow morning. If I gain or lose or only lose another pound, I will be OK with it and continue on with this program. I hope I never stop eating this way. I hope you are feeling better!!!!!
