Clown Salt and Pepper

Great line-up for the food list today! I can’t wait to try the kale and roasted squash. I’ll cook it this afternoon with the chicken too. I hope I have the energy! Have a good Tuesday everyone! A little change of plans in the meals today because I went out to Applebees today for a ‘goodbye lunch’ for a co-worker.

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Celery, carrots, edamame soybeans and nuts Seasonal Berry & Spinach Salad (regular size)

Dinner: Grilled Ginger Herbed Chicken Breasts and Lacinato Kale with Roasted Squash
